    We’re searching for a Commercial Operations Analyst who is local to one of our offices (Chicago, IL; Carmel, IN; Charleston, SC; Toronto, ON) to join our Commercial Operations team to help shape how we deliver an exceptional customer experience post-sale. The Commercial Operations Specialist will partner with Customer Success and Support leaders to bring clarity to their operations, surface insights that drive smarter decisions, and enable our teams to deliver more value to customers.

    How You’ll Spend Your Time

    + Combine strong technical skills in analytics and systems with the business acumen to act as a thought partner to leaders

    + Partner with Customer Success and Support leaders to define, measure, and report on KPIs that drive customer retention and growth

    + Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders based on data trends, anomalies, and performance indicators

    + Build and maintain scalable, intuitive dashboards in Tableau to track team performance and customer engagement

    + Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency and the overall customer experience

    + Support the refinement of customer segmentation, health scoring models, and engagement strategies

    What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

    + Previous experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related role within a SaaS company

    + Proven success in surfacing actionable insights that improve team performance and customer outcomes

    + Knowledge of platforms like Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables and advanced formulas), and Salesforce

    + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.

    + Sincere interest in building scalable systems and processes that empower customer-facing teams

    + A knack for working collaboratively across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

    + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables and insights

    + Able to work from one of our offices (Chicago, IL; Carmel, IN; Charleston, SC; Toronto, ON) 3 days per week

    + Able to travel within Canada and US as needed (passport required)
