About the Role
The Senior Director, Marketing Operations and Process Automation will support the Marketing Operations and Business Management Team for the CMO group across Subscription Strategy, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Enterprise and B2B Marketing. This is a critical role within the organization and responsible for accomplishing results through the management of business operations and process efficiencies. The role will be responsible for charting the organization’s transformation and process reengineering to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. This is a role with high visibility as the person will interact with Senior Leadership across the organization and represent the group by collaborating with a variety of cross-functional partners, such as People Team, Finance, Data, Customer Intelligence, and Product teams on business planning and organization engagement to ensure success.
Responsibilities
+ Implement workflow improvement across project planning, campaign execution, content generation, and report automation to improve operational efficiency, while considering business process, organizational impact, and collaboration model
+ Craft and deliver future state quarterly planning process and expand the rollout to include cross-functional business units to optimize resource and capacity
+ Lead cross-functional workstreams to streamline business processes and refine operational frameworks across various areas while ensuring transparency and scalability
+ Champion the adoption of innovative technologies (inclusive of Strategy, Workflow, Brand, and Execution) to automate processes, augment decision-making, and deliver insights that make a lasting impact.
+ Work on a variety of initiatives to drive the growth of the businesses by assisting to perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis, solution design frameworks and propose recommendations.
+ Perform scheduled process reviews to drive continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
+ Minimum of 15 years experience in business management, strategic planning, and process redesign
+ Must be able to create persuasive, visually appealing presentations describing complex business processes and opportunities
+ Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate, present, and craft compelling narratives to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels
+ Highly organized and detail-oriented; proficient in managing competing priorities and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
+ Ability to excel in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment, skillfully managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
+ Superior analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
+ Attention to detail and an understanding of how priorities fit into the bigger picture
+ In-depth knowledge of Commercial industry, including operations practices and legal and regulatory guidelines
+ Identify and drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment across teams
+ Experience with workflow and other operational tools with an eye for automation and large scale efficiencies

Pay Range: $195,000 - $210,000
