The Role: Consultant

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior clients, shape data-driven strategies, and co-create solutions with top-tier engineers and data science specialists.

You Will
•️ Turn messy challenges into structured solutions
•️ Deliver client-ready insights and stories
•️ Lead cross-functional teams and mentor rising stars
•️ Shape proposals, workshops, and account strategies
What You Bring
+ 4–6+ years of professional experience, including at least 2+ years in Life Sciences or Healthcare consulting, commercial analytics, or pharma industry roles.
+ Proven client-facing leadership: ability to shape solutions, guide delivery, align stakeholders, and confidently influence senior executives.
+ Comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and driving clarity in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
+ Intellectual curiosity, growth mindset, and a passion for making real-world impact in Life Sciences consulting.

The salary range for this position is $98,250 to $136,500 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
