We’re searching for a Skopje based Principal Software Developer to join our Human Capital Management R&D team, so that we can continue building reliable, scalable, and innovative healthcare software solutions.

The Principal Software Developer will play a key leadership role in designing and developing high-quality software while mentoring team members and contributing to architecture and delivery standards across the organization.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

+ Designing and implementing clean, efficient, and scalable code using Microsoft and AWS technologies to build high-quality, secure software solutions

+ Leading and mentoring a multi-disciplinary Agile squad to ensure high standards of engineering excellence and timely delivery of features

+ Collaborating with stakeholders and technical leads to review, refine, and prioritize product backlog items in order to achieve consistent and high-impact deliverables

+ Troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues in order to maintain system reliability and performance

+ Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including reducing technical debt and establishing non-functional requirements related to scalability, operability, and deployment

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

+ 2+ years of experience as a Senior Software Developer or similar role within a collaborative Agile environment

+ Proven success in leading technical delivery while coaching and mentoring software teams

+ In-depth knowledge on how to build secure, performant, and maintainable systems within Microsoft and AWS ecosystems

+ Sincere interest in improving healthcare through technology and innovation

+ A knack for working collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team focused on delivering real-world impact
