    Weld & Beam Manager

     

    Specialized Recruiting Group has an exciting new opportunity available for a Weld & Beam Manager in Dyersville, IA!

    The Weld & Beam Manager is responsible for:

    + Overseeing welding, machining, painting, prep, and material handling operations within the weld and beam buildings.

    + Leads cross-functional teams, ensures safety and quality standards, manages production schedules, maintains equipment, and drives process improvements.

    + Collaborates with multiple departments to meet customer and organizational goals.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven leadership experience in welding or manufacturing environments

    + Strong knowledge of welding processes, quality standards, and equipment

    + Ability to read blueprints and manage production workflows

    + Excellent communication, planning, and team-building skills
