Purpose:

As an Inspector, you will play a crucial role in overseeing In-Process/Final inspection. Perform Visual inspection using Microscope to ensure accurate detection of defects or abnormalities in printed circuit boards and modules, electronic components, and assemblies.

Responsibilities:

+ Regular and predictable attendance required.

+ Visual inspection using Microscope.

+ Examine documents such as Assembly Instruction (AI), change order (CO)

+ And verify the completeness and accuracy of documents.

Skills:

+ Knowledge of safety and quality standards in electronics manufacturing.

+ Experience using a personal computer and working knowledge of Microsoft software including windows & office applications.

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.

+ Must have basic math skills. Add, subtract, multiply, divide.

+ Ability to solve practical problems, ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

+ Good communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to collaborate across different departments and levels of the organization.

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Minimum one years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector or equivalent.

+ Familiar with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.

+ Familiar with Electronic Component Identification.

+ Ability to work overtime including weekends as needed to meet customer needs and on time delivery.
