Position Summary...
Walmart International is looking for a Senior Director, People Business Partner who will partner with our growing business. The Senior Director, People Business Partner is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all HR functions and initiatives that support the organization's goals and business strategies. The individual will provide vision and direction for the People team, ensuring development and implementation of talent management, culture development, associate engagement, and organizational growth strategies. The Senior Director will collaborate with senior leadership to shape a dynamic, inclusive, and performance driven culture, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. Leaders look to our People professionals to be thought partners, influence strategy, optimize working models, and achieve results. Walmart International operates in 23 countries serving 100 million customers every week.
What you'll do...
+ Lead and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
+ Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational design and workforce planning.
+ Champion culture transformation and associate engagement initiatives.
+ Influence global talent strategies in collaboration with Walmart International People leadership.
+ Guide change management efforts and coach leaders through complex people challenges.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 6 years’ experience in human resources or related area OR 8 years’
experience in human resources or related area .
2 years’ supervisory experience
