+ Oversee cost, schedule, performance, and risk to ensure successful program delivery

+ Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all contract deliverables, including CDRLs, financial reports, and ad hoc data calls.

+ Maintain high staff retention through strong team management and a positive working culture

+ Lead or participate in program and iterative reviews; ensure clear and timely communication of technical and programmatic information.

+ Foster strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Active Secret security clearance.

+ Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.

+ At least 8+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or managing complex projects

+ Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies.

+ Proven success managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent projects

+ Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

    Desired Qualifications:

+ Additional certifications in risk management, Agile management, scheduling, ITIL, or earned value management (EVM).

+ Experience supporting the U.S. Department of State.

Come break things (in a good way). Then build them smarter.

We're the tech company everyone calls when things get weird. We don’t wear capes (they’re a safety hazard), but we do solve high-stakes problems with code, caffeine, and a healthy disregard for “how it’s always been done.”
