The Opportunity:

As a part of this immersive program, you’ll dive headfirst into critical work as you rotate through specific areas of the bank over the course of the year. You’ll also participate in a custom curriculum where you’ll deepen your financial services acumen and have an opportunity to build mission-critical skills in strategy, innovation and creativity, data analysis, project management, and more. Bottom line? We’re talking real work experience combined with custom leadership development and candid conversations with the top leaders at Truist that put you on the fast-track to real impact.
Along the way, you’ll be in good company. Every aspect of our program is designed to help teammates connect, learn from each other, and experience the power of One Team. That way, you’ll leave the program with a built-in network you can call at any time.
Upon graduation, you’ll have an opportunity to secure placement based on business need, preference, and your performance.
How it Works:
As an applicant, you’ll select from one of three rotational tracks based on your background, interests, and career goals. The three unique tracks within the Leadership Development Program are: Enterprise, Technology and Innovation, and Credit.

It also fosters meaningful touchpoints with other track participants and leaders across the enterprise, so participants leave prepared to bring a fresh, holistic approach to every solution and every client from Day 1.
While this job posting is specific to the Credit Track of the LDP, the program also offers two additional tracks which have **separate job postings:**
+ _Enterprise Track_ : Through the Enterprise Track, teammates will be exposed to many different areas of the organization, including but not limited to: work related to human resources, marketing, finance, strategy, operations, and more.
+ _Finance Track:_ Build enterprise financial acumen by rotating through key finance functions, contributing to hands-on work that supports enterprise performance and decision-making, with opportunities for post-program roles in Finance.
+ _Technology and Innovation Track:_ The Technology and Innovation Track gives its participants the opportunity to leverage their technical skills by creating business solutions and working on innovative assignments, including within Software Delivery, Infrastructure, Security, and Innovation and Design teams.

+ Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily prior to the end of the program into appropriate center assignment.
+ Complete any additional training as recommended by the manager, either during or after the program.
+ Participate in business rotations, working on projects and other business-as-usual activities that allows for the practical application of concepts and behaviors referenced in training and demonstrate results in line with rotational managers’ expectations.
+ Perform special projects or assignments outside of the formalized training program, as may be assigned.

+ Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree required, 3.0+ GPA preferred

+ Ability to relocate for the program and locations throughout the Truist footprint upon program completion. Individuals hired into the Enterprise track will be located in Charlotte, NC and in the Credit and Technology & Innovation tracks will be located in Charlotte or Atlanta for the duration of the program.
Enterprise/Credit Track:
+ Business-related concentrations/degree, along with accounting and/or finance coursework are desired.
Finance Track
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Experience with Microsoft Office products, familiarity with excel a plus
+ Clear communication and ability to work in team settings
+ Internship or project experience related to finance is a bonus
Technology & Innovation Track:
+ Technical Majors preferred: Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Innovation, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience, Industrial Design, Architecture, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction or related field etc.)
+ Knowledge of programming language and technical concepts (for example: proficiency in adobe creative suite of design tools, JAVA, Python, CSS/HTML, Azure, AWS, WCAG etc.)
+ Experience participating in technical and/or design projects.
Credit Internship Posting

The Opportunity:
The Credit Internship opportunities are a structured, comprehensive program that includes Truist Summer Internship core curriculum and multiple Line of Business track options to provide interns an opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities of the specific line of business track and track curriculum.
The broad based internship program incorporates education, exposure and experience in the core and track curriculum. Teammates will focus on Truist Acumen, Leadership Skills, Financial Services Acumen, Innovation & Technology, Risk Governance and Assurance, and Professional Skills. Training will include exposure to Truist senior leaders and sessions with members of Executive Leadership Team.
The program interweaves the three dimensions of development throughout the internship:
• **Education** : Training and learning in large groups, small group/peer interaction, and self-study components.
• **Exposure** : Opportunity to interact with Executive Leaders throughout the program, as well as exposure to other senior leaders, lines of business, industry specialists, training experts, and other Truist interns.
• **Experience** : Day to day work in the specific track to provide an opportunity for meaningful learning experiences with business impact.
What to Expect:
You will play a meaningful role in supporting internal business partners and external clients, as well as expand your leadership and collaborative team skills, credit and risk acumen, and industry and technical knowledge. Individuals hired into the program will relocate throughout the Truist footprint, based on the specific track internship. The location will be included in the offer letter. Training could be a hybrid* approach to learning and may include remote and in person learning.
*While some of the training will be conducted virtually, you will be expected to be in person for your internship experience.

**General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation:** All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
