• Role Overview
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be an essential member of a collaborative, RN-led healthcare team. You’ll foster meaningful connections with patients and their families, using the best scientific evidence and your own compassion to positively impact each patient's health journey.

+ Develop authentic and supportive relationships with patients and their loved ones
+ Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, high-quality care

+ Engage in teamwork, include diverse perspectives, and contribute to a welcoming community
+ Maintain electronic documentation, communicate effectively via phone, and stay organized
• What You Bring
+ Education: High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
+ Licensure: Active and appropriate LPN license in North Carolina
+ Experience: Minimum of one year of practical nursing experience preferred
+ Skills: Strong computer proficiency, polished phone etiquette, and top-notch organizational skills

Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.
+ Perform essential patient care tasks—measuring vitals, assisting with mobility, specimen collection
+ Preparing patients for examination
+ Administering medications and immunizations
Qualifications
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
+ Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred.
+ Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.
+ Additional Skills (required): Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills
