Job Title:** **Document Control & eQMS Support (Temp)
Pay Rate:** **$19–$25/hour
Schedule:** **Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Duration:** **3 months to start, with potential to extend up to 6 months

A leading medical device company focused on developing and manufacturing innovative cardiovascular implants and surgical technologies, especially for complex aortic procedures. The organization is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge solutions in heart and vascular surgery.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized individual to support the Document Control team in a temporary capacity. This role will focus on managing and maintaining documentation within the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting quality initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities
+ Review and process controlled documents for accuracy, completeness, and legibility
+ Monitor document approval workflows and periodic review schedules
+ Enter data and perform administrative tasks within the eQMS
+ Provide document copies upon request and ensure obsolete documents are archived properly
+ Support training documentation efforts within the eQMS
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve documentation or system-related issues
+ Assist with ongoing quality projects and status reporting
+ Complete other duties as assigned to support Quality Systems
Qualifications
+ Associate or Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
+ Interest or experience in regulated industries or quality systems is a plus
Work Environment & Tools
This is a remote position. All necessary equipment for home-based work will be provided. If preferred, the candidate may work onsite at the Kennesaw, GA location in a designated office space.
