Job Description:
Senior System Analyst – P2C, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Analyze business processes and work with Solution Architects, Process analysts, as well as business experts to develop, document and deliver end-to-end SAP process and systems solutions. Provide deep SAP functional and technical expertise within Sales & Distribution. Work with key integration points across SAP modules and technical components. Participate in design for and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions. Ensure efficient and effective design, development, and implementation of solutions. Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow (RICEFW). Technical consulting during solution design, development, and ongoing support. Ensure technical design and delivery align to functional specifications and adhere to needed quality. Complete system configuration work, provide input to architecture, security, and data standards, role-based security designs and solutions, and ensure end-to-end solutions adhere to these standards. Improve efficiency and effectiveness within the respective process area. Provide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management for assigned project, support, and enhancement work. Provide technical expertise to resolve escalated support issues and audit requests. Identify and implement business processes for continuous improvements opportunities.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Business, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive related work experience.
Must have five (5) years of experience with:
• Working with Sales & Distribution (SD), Order to Cash (OTC) SAP modules, and S/4HANA;
• Experience with at least two (2) full-lifecycle SAP deployments;
• SAP solutions covering one or more OTC processes: Marketing, Order and Contract Management, Pricing, Delivery/Shipment Processing, Billing, and Accounts Receivable;
• Handling key integration areas in Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing;
• Integrating SAP with external CRM solutions like SalesForce, and tax engines like OneSource or Vertex;
• Using expertise in standard SAP localizations in SD supporting global deployments; and,
• Communicating to cross-functional team members the current trends in technology to address business needs and capabilities.
Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
Up to 20% domestic or international travel required.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$155,508.00/Yr - $165,508.00/Yr.
