    Job Description Summary:

    The Human Resources Technology Analyst is an entry-level position within the HR Technology structure. This position partners with key stakeholders to assist with processing basic HR technology functions. This position serves as a support the HR Technology team and module owners in their configuration and testing efforts. This position will serve as tier one resolution and support on system troubleshooting and report requests. This position may be responsible for owning a module within the HCM system with supervision and partnership on projects. The HRIS Analyst also supports HR system upgrades, patches, testing and other projects as assigned.

    Job Responsibilities** **(listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

    + Provide support to HR Technology team on configuration projects, including testing against test scripts, documenting training materials, and troubleshooting issues

    + Responsible for creating and maintaining standard operation procedure documents for HR Technology configuration workflows

    + Provide tier 1 support to all HR technology cases entered through the HR Help Center

    + Support the HR Operations Service Team in the troubleshooting and prevention of common HRIS system topics and issues

    + Partner with HR stakeholders to provide on regular reporting, complete audits and support major initiatives

    + Oversee, manage, and make minor configuration updates/maintenance across several basic Workday modules

    + Stay up to date on configuration enhancements and effectively utilize HCM articles, resources, and trainings to suggest ideas for process improvement

    Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related discipline required.

    + 2+ years business experience (prefer Human Resources, Analytics/Finance experience).

    Basic Qualifications

    + Strong analytical skills

    + Excellent computer skills – strong MS Excel competency required

    + Proactive, organized and disciplined in approach to complicated tasks

    + Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

    + Strong ability to work independently and as a team player

    + Demonstrated understanding and application of HR best practices

    + Handle confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism

    Travel Requirements** **: (if required)

    + Minimal (less than 10%)

    Preferred Qualifications & Interests** **(PQIs)

    + Experience with HRIS systems, Workday a plus

    + Experience managing medium sized projects across a complex matrixed organization highly desired

    + Experience in an HR shared service organization preferred but not required

    Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:

    Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

     

    Pay Range is $70,218.51-$117,008.35
