    Position: Outside Commercial Sales Representative

At McCarthy Tire Service, we’re looking for a driven, hands-on Outside Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. If you’re passionate about customer relationships, sales, and the tire industry, this could be your next big opportunity!

     

    • What You'll Do:

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

    + Sell commercial truck, industrial, agricultural, OTR-Earthmover, Intermodal, retread, and new tires

    + Promote our unbeatable tire services

    + Perform fleet surveys, scrap tire analysis, and implement tire maintenance programs

    + Generate weekly call reports and cold-call new leads

    + Operate a company vehicle for customer visits and tire service pickups

    • What We’re Looking For:

    + 2+ years in outside sales preferred

    + Tire industry experience is a big plus

    + Valid driver’s license required

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs (up to 250 lbs with assistance)

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    + Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

    + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
