    LSI Staffing is looking for a Print Press Machine Operator for positions located in the Fort Worth, TX 76140 area!

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operate large-format flatbed UV printers (e.g., Vanguard, Digitech) for daily print runs.

     

    Set up files and substrates correctly for each job, ensuring proper alignment and print quality.

     

    Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of printers (e.g., head cleanings, nozzle checks).

     

    Inspect printed parts for defects such as banding, misregistration, or color issues.

     

    Accurately record job data, material usage, and print times in production logs.

     

    Assist with pre-press setup and post-print finishing (e.g., trimming, cleaning, staging for CNC).

     

    Keep print area clean and organized; adhere to shop safety standards.

     

    Communicate with production manager and other team members to prioritize workflow.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + **Technical Proficiency:** A strong understanding of printing equipment, processes, and techniques is essential.

    + **Mechanical Aptitude:** The ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems and perform routine maintenance is beneficial.

    + **Attention to Detail:** Ensuring accuracy and consistency in printed materials requires a keen eye for detail.

    + **Physical Fitness:** The job often involves standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials.
