You will build breadth early in your career by rotating throughout our enterprise and gaining exposure to many critical areas of Williams.

     

    Our EDP consists of three 12-month rotations in Tulsa, Houston, Pittsburg, or Salt Lake City, with one year required at a field location.

     

    Relocation assistance will be given for those moving more than 50 miles from their home and school address. You will be required to relocate during your time in this program.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in chemical, civil, electrical, environmental, energy, or mechanical engineering with a graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026

    + This position is not eligible for sponsorship, OPT or CPT

    + Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record

    + Willingness and ability to relocate to office or asset locations within the United States

    What You'll Do:

    + Innovate and Solve Problems: Identify, analyze, and develop creative solutions to tackle complex challenges

    + Understand the Industry: Develop a deep understanding of industry and operational requirements to excel in your role

    + Exceed Expectations: Maintain a strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer requirements and expectations

    + Apply Knowledge: Demonstrate and apply knowledge of our processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the organization and governing agencies

    + Present with Confidence: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to individuals and groups

    + Collaborate and Contribute: Coordinate with others to contribute to projects and support daily operations

    + Influence and Persuade: Use compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others and respond effectively to feedback and reactions

    + Work schedule is generally Monday-Friday 40 hours/week; hybrid schedule may be available

    + Other duties as assigned

    + Strong performance and leadership through prior internship, work experience and campus involvement

    + Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

    + Ability to work in a team environment for a matrix organization, learn fast and achieve results

    + Passion for continuous improvement

    + Ability to explain sophisticated, technical information in a simple, non-technical way

    + Excellent verbal/written communication skills; comfortable interacting with employees of all levels, vendors and customers

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and engineering software

    + Preferred: FE Certification

    + Hands-on project assignments to build an understanding of how the role contributes to end results
