Eaton’s **ES AMER ARS PDCAD** is currently seeking a **Production Supervisor - MCC Cell Assembly (1st Shift)** at our location in Fayetteville NC to support our first shift team from 6:30am to 3:00pm.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing employees in the assembly of Motor Control Center products for Eaton customers. The primary objectives will be to achieve results on the High 5 metrics (safety, quality, on-time-delivery, inventory, productivity), drive employee engagement, and develop the team to continuously improve.
The expected annual salary range for this role is **$80250.03 - $117700.04** a year. Relocation assistance provided to eligible candidates.

What you’ll do:
+ Own and drive to engineer out safety risk throughout the owned process.
+ Assist in establishing departmental goals that are challenging targets for the High 5.
+ Devise strategies with documented action plans to achieve targets.
+ Provide input to forecast and hold the team accountable to the process in order to meet commitments.
+ Determine the effect of production load and mix changes on staffing and department operations.
+ Follow up on the progress towards targets:
+ Improve quality assurance system by building quality into the process.
+ Effectively deal with opportunities identified by the team to help bring about positive resolution.
+ Drive a positive, inclusive high performance work culture through the establishment of clear expectations and accountability from and to the team.
+ Assist in prototyping and providing feedback regarding new product development.
+ Champion the Continuous Improvement Framework in MCC to drive High 5 results and impact Employee Morale.
+ Tailor action planning and strategic goals to provide customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution required
+ Minimum Three (3) years of work experience in a manufacturing leadership role

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
+ Lean and/or Six Sigma background
+ Minimum Five (5) years of work experience in a manufacturing related role
Skills:
+ Applying knowledge of manufacturing procedures/practices including Industrial Engineering principles, production planning and Lean/Six Sigma
+ Proficient in driving Quality Control and Inventory Control
+ Proven Leadership skills – capable of leading change initiatives and drive a high-performance culture
