    BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

    Position Details:

    + **Location:** South Florida Baptist - Plant City, FL

    + **Status:** Full-Time

    + **Shift:** 10:30pm - 7:00am

    + **Days:** Every weekend is required; Two days off during the week

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to primarily include painting and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes.

    + Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment.

    + May be scheduled to work various work shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the hospital not necessarily within the craft lines.

    + May require travel to perform necessary maintenance work at other BCHS facilities.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Education:

    + **Required:** High School or Equivalent

    + **Preferred:** Technical School

    Licenses:

    + Required: FL Driver's License

    Experience:

    + **Required:** 3years commercial painting and building service systems

    + **Preferred:** 3 years maintenance in hospital-related field

    + Organizational Skills

    + Computer Skills appropriate to the position

    + Time management skills

    + Use hand and power tools
