    Position: Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional

     

    Pay: $22.00/hour+ Additional $2.00/hour weekend shift differential

    Valatie - 40 Hours - Sunday–Wednesday, 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

     

    Hudson - 38 Hours - Friday 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM, Saturday 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM, Sunday 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM

     

    Hudson - 34 Hours - Friday 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM, Saturday 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM, Sunday 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

    What You'll Do:

    + Stay awake and alert overnight to ensure the safety and comfort of individuals supported

    + Provide emotional and physical support, including help with hygiene, bedtime routines, and medication (as needed)

    + Support each person's independence, rights, and well-being

    + Keep documentation and follow care or behavior plans

    + Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

    What You Bring:

    + Must be 18+ years old

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Valid driver's license

    + Compassion, patience, and a commitment to staying awake and attentive overnight

    + Previous DSP or care experience is a plus - but we'll train the right person!
