About the Role:
If you’ve got a love for lists, a knack for coordination, and an interest in wine and spirits, this could be your dream job. The Wine Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our leadership team organized, our marketing on point, and our projects on track. It’s a mix of operations, communication, creativity, and good old-fashioned follow-through.
What You’ll Do:
+ Be the glue. Act as the main point of contact for the executive team—juggling schedules, emails, calls, and communications with warmth and professionalism.
+ Keep us moving. Build project timelines, manage logistics, and help drive wine & spirits initiatives forward.
+ Support marketing. Assist with social media and website updates
+ Get it done. Prep presentations and docs; keep files tidy and accessible.
+ Own the details. Tackle a variety of admin duties with good judgment, independence and confidentiality
+ Jump in. Roll with whatever comes your way—new ideas, special projects, or last-minute pivots.
What You Bring:
+ Ideally 3+ years in a coordination, admin, or communications role
+ High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
+ Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Clear and upbeat communication—both written and verbal.
+ Excellent organization and time management skills.
+ Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
+ Quick to learn new systems and technologies.
+ Bonus points if you love wine, or want to learn more about it!
