    This role manages the social media presence and in-house retail experience for Vivint’s top-performing door-to-door sales team. It’s a high-impact position focused on shaping culture, driving engagement, and keeping the rep community informed and inspired.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Social Media Management:** Owns the @SmartHomePros Instagram account. Plans and creates content that highlights the rep lifestyle, showcases competitions and events, promotes giveaways, and drives engagement.

    + **Retail Store & Gear Operations:** Manages Common Source, Vivint’s employee retail store. Oversees product drops, inventory, and day-to-day store operations. Leads in-store staff and curates rep-focused gear.

    + **Event & Content Support:** Collaborates on media and internal events that bring the sales community together and spotlight key moments worth sharing.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Working in the door to door sales industry
