    Overview:

    The Tier 3 Senior Technical Lead will direct high-level engineering initiatives, focusing on automation, incident response, and executive support. This role requires close collaboration with Government IT stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead Tier 3 technical engineering teams.

    + Develop and deploy scripts for automation and configuration management.

    + Serve as the key liaison for critical enterprise issues with government IT.

    + Oversee root cause analysis, cybersecurity responses, and system performance optimization.

    Qualifications:

    + 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems engineering.

    + Strong track record in handling advanced enterprise and cybersecurity issues.

    + **Preferred Certifications:** CISSP, Microsoft Expert/Professional certifications.
