    + Navigate the application of instructional design principles to enhance learning experiences for our team members.

    + Integrate deep understanding of innovative learning theories with business acumen and project management to deliver effective learning tools and content.

    + Ensure learning applications and objectives are planned to fit performance expectations and skills are developed effectively with positive, timely return on investment.

    + Effectively ensure reliability in the development and application of learning content development.

    + Interact with multiple levels of leadership within the business, Finance, and others to identify and address needs, resource requirements and project plans.

    + Manages project tasks across multiple business groups, utilizing external partners as needed to ensure learning goals are aligned

    + Lead a team of instructional design professionals

     

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration Instructional Design or equivalent training/experience.

    + 5+ years of Adult Learning theory and related learning concepts, project management and design methodology or relevant experience

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Prior experience in Instructional / Learning Systems Design and/or Learning Design Project Management

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications

    + A&P Certification Preferred
