    The Analyst/ Sr Analyst, Program Strategy & Alignment is part of the Next-Gen Ops Platform team within the IOC. The Sr Analyst, Program Alignment ensures strategic coherence and operational execution across the Next-Gen Ops Platform. This includes synthesizing insights from workstreams to inform strategic planning, conducting impact analyses, and supporting change management activities such as stakeholder readiness assessments and communication planning.

    • Drive cross-functional coordination across workstreams within the Next-Gen Ops Platform program

    • Align program activities with enterprise-wide transformation strategies and goals

    • Support governance structures by ensuring regular updates, accountability, and issue escalation processes are in place

    • Facilitate program-level planning to ensure milestones, dependencies, and priorities are clearly defined and communicated

    • Lead stakeholder engagement efforts to build alignment and secure ongoing sponsorship and support

    • Develop and execute change management plans, including communications, training, and adoption strategies

    • Partner with communications teams to create clear, consistent messaging around program goals and changes

    • Identify potential risks and resistance to change, and proactively support mitigation strategies

    • Monitor and track adoption metrics, feedback, and change readiness to inform continuous improvement

    • Collaborate with technology, operations, and business leaders to ensure a unified and consistent execution approach

    • Serve as a connector between strategy and execution, translating vision into action and outcomes

    • Support special projects and initiatives related to enterprise transformation as needed

     

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field

    • 3 years of experience in program management, operations research, or a related field

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field

    • 5 years of experience in program management, operations research, or a related field

    • Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement

    • Experience with data analysis and metrics development

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    • Strong business acumen

    • Ability to think strategically and drive meaningful outcomes

    • Strong project management skills

    • Experience with data analysis and metrics development

    • Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement

    • Certification in program management or a related field (e.g. PMP, Agile)
