    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials safely and efficiently

    + Maintain stockpiles and ensure proper material placement and inventory control

    + Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate yard operations

    + Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working in a fast-paced environment

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment

    + Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe worksite

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform equipment checks and maintenance

    + Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions and procedures

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
