The Bilingual Lead Case Manager is responsible for providing intensive case management services for assigned cases, as well as coordinating case management services, training and supervising other Case Managers. Competencies: Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred. 5 years progressive employment that includes case management and supervisory experience required. Previous experience with service coordination and customer service. Experience with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred. Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification required. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, flexible hours, and overtime as required.
