    Under direct supervision, coordinates all activities and functions of a program to ensure that goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate activities and daily operations of the program, including problem-solving, providing technical advice, and answering queries related to program goals.

    + May prepare, or assist in the preparation of CVs and faculty promotion, ensuring effective communication with management.

    + Assist in and the development of promotional literature and monthly newsletters, fostering engagement and interest in the program.

    + Plan and coordinate workshops, meetings, or conferences, such as fellow graduation or promotion celebrations, managing logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.

    + Maintain interactions and liaison with staff, faculty, and outside/community agencies to facilitate the achievement of program objectives.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education:

    + Associates degree or equivalent experience

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Experience:

    + 1 year of related work experience

    + The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.

    + The ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies.

     

    this role is M-F , 40 hours/week, ad Hybrid after training
