Job Description

An employer is looking for an Analyst to work for a leader in the utility industry. This individual is going to be part of a very large organization and will ensure that all items are closed out. You will be working in SAP to close out orders from invoices that are submitted and ensure they have accurate information tied to them.

You will also be helping with PCR's and supporting other parts of the organization through administration tasks.

Other Responsibilities will include:

Implement planning, review, control, startup execution and closeout processes and engage in process improvement activities.

Revise, monitor and exercise configuration control of contract and project documents.

Oversee measurement reports content and manage backup data and project summary.

Handle status reports and management reviews.

Track project configuration and associated documentation such as recovery, archive and master documentation repository duties.

Engage in new business proposals to develop manpower and cost estimates.

Develop and execute reporting procedures to present project status and work valuation and track contract deliverables.

Skills and Requirements

- 3+ years of Project Controls experience

- Understand how to track invoices and orders in SAP

- Experience taking on administrative tasks and willing to do anything attitude

- Ability to work cross functionally with other leaders

- Experience working collaboratively in a remote environment

- Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, V Look Ups)

- Positive attitude and willingness to work hard - go-getter mentality; have a process improvement attitude - Construction / Utility prior company experience null
