    Overview

    **Collections Agent** Monday - Friday + Monthly Bonus'

     

    As a CSC **Collections Agent** you will be primarily responsible for following-up on outstanding debts so that the organization’s losses are kept to a minimum & arrears are economically collected.

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    + Identify and collect overdue accounts to minimize outstanding receivables

    + May handle and schedule recovery process of lease equipment due to delinquency, abandonment ortermination of services

    + Manage daily calls to customers and provide continuous follow up

    + Negotiate payment arrangements with customers and process account adjustments

    + Process one-time credit card payments

    + Enter all actions, comments and payment arrangements on accounts

    + Update account information

    What we’re looking for

    Requirements:

    + Ability to pass pre-employment screening

    + Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; orequivalent combination of education and experience

    + Ability to read, analyze & interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, financial reports andlegal documents

    + Ability to write reports and correspondence

    + Ability to effectively and professionally present information one-on-one and small group situations tocustomers, clients, and other employees of the organization

    + Ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts

    + Good Microsoft Office skills
