Job Summary
The Director of Apple Sales leads a diverse team, which includes technical pre-sales, business development managers, partner managers, and operations staff, to develop strategies that promote innovation, growth, and efficiency. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining technology systems that support business operations. The Director collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology initiatives align with business objectives and comply with relevant standards. Additionally, the Director manages relationships with stakeholders, drives continuous improvement in technology processes, mentors team members, and provides strategic insights to the executive team.
Role Description
+ Lead the technology team in developing and executing strategies that align with organizational goals and drive innovation, growth, and efficiency.
+ Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of technology systems and infrastructure to support business operations and achieve growth targets.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and finance, to identify technology needs and ensure alignment with business objectives and seamless operations.
+ Manage relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, partners, and distributors to drive successful technology and business initiatives.
+ Strengthen partnership strategy with Apple and service partners to optimize market positioning and partner engagement.
+ Drive continuous improvement in technology processes by leveraging new technologies, automation, and best practices to enhance performance and reliability.
+ Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards in all technology and business activities.
+ Lead change management and transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and strategic campaigns.
+ Prepare and present technology and business performance metrics and reports to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
+ Mentor and develop the technology and leadership teams, fostering a high-performance, innovative, and inclusive culture across all departments.

Other Requirements
+ Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business, or a related field, or relevant work experience required
+ 5 years experience in Sales, Partnerships, or related fields, particularly with Apple products and services.
+ 7-10 years of experience in Information Technology or a relevant functional area
+ 4+ years of experience in a management position required
+ Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
+ Ability to travel 25%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $110,000 - $170,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
