    **Title:** Software Engineer III

    **Job Location:** 1 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY 14203. Position requires in-office work three (3) days every week.

    **Job Description:** Leads team-level engineering, overseeing the breakdown of epics and features into manageable stories. Utilizes TypeScript or JavaScript for developing web experiences and C# for creating backend services supporting these experiences. Packages assets into Docker containers and leverages Kubernetes variant, Openshift, for deploying these experiences to the cloud environment. Adapts to the dynamic nature of the project, where features change approximately every two weeks, ensuring continuous value delivery. Conducts code reviews to maintain code quality standards and assists junior team members in identifying areas for improvement. Guides and mentors junior team members throughout the implementation process to ensure alignment with the definition of done. Collaborates with key stakeholders to facilitate the release of software into production, ensuring timely delivery of customer-facing experiences.

    **Minimum requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related technical field plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Developer, Software Engineer, Technical Consultant or related occupation. Requires four (4) years of experience with each of the following: Web development; API development; Agile; CI or CD; command line scripting; software languages for web experiences; and software languages for creating web experiences. Requires three (3) years of experience with each of the following: C#; and TypeScript or JavaScript. Requires one (1) year of experience with each of the following: GIT; and Kubernetes experience using Docker or Openshift.

    **Salary:** $145,381.66 - $155,381.66
