Job Description
The Process Design consultant is responsible for supporting transformation and enabling critical programs that drive high-impact process improvement across Enterprise Application Governance. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate Technology Product Governance routines and manage compliance processes. This individual will come in and quickly learn/analyze current processes in place and look for ways to automate and make simplifications to them, which could be procedural, automated, documentation, etc. Would be responsible for the designing, implementing and communicating the new processes to the enterprise. Provides project management support to vertical and horizontal transformation opportunities. Maintains a continuous improvement mindset by enhancing process management skills and capabilities. Will be a hybrid onsite model in Charlotte, NC.

Skills and Requirements
-7+ years of Process Design Experience
-Data Analytic Exposure
-Experience working with Data using Excel and SQL (simple queries)
• Process Design/Process Management
• Familiarity with Technology Governance processes and controls
• Risk and Compliance process knowledge
• Relationship Management
• Demonstrated success working in matrix organization
• Proficient in problem analysis and solution design
• Strong Meeting Facilitation and Presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite: Excel/PPT/Visio
• Self-starter, capable of working independent of direct oversight
• Strong Communication skills · Issues Management experience
• Project and Change Management experience
• Proficient in with Microsoft Office Products and Visio null
