Job Summary:

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney licensed in Missouri to join their expanding legal team. This remote position focuses on first-party property insurance claims, offering an opportunity to work with a reputable and growth-oriented law firm. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in first-party insurance litigation and a strong ability to manage complex legal matters independently.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar.

Resides in or near Missouri.

35 years of experience in first-party insurance law.

Plaintiff-side experience preferred.

Strongly preferred: experience in property damage litigation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Must pass a background check. Experience working within or alongside insurance firms. (e.g. Allstate, Geico, Progressive)

Admitted to Bar in Texas
