Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will lead the development, validation, and deployment of machine learning models that drive business value across our organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong statistical knowledge with practical experience implementing production-ready ML solutions that solve complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop sophisticated machine learning models to address business challenges and opportunities
Lead the entire model lifecycle from conceptualization through deployment and monitoring
Perform rigorous model validation and testing to ensure reliability and performance
Collaborate with data engineers to build efficient data pipelines for model training and inference
Implement model deployment strategies that ensure seamless integration with production systems
Develop monitoring frameworks to track model performance and detect drift
Communicate complex technical concepts and model results to non-technical stakeholders
Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and tools
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to establishing best practices
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for ML applications
Compensation:
$60/hr to $70/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
5+ years of professional experience in data science or related field
Strong track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments
Expertise in model validation techniques, including cross-validation, A/B testing, and performance metrics
Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Experience with model deployment frameworks and MLOps practices
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and experimental design
Excellent data manipulation and analysis skills using SQL and Python
Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform)
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools
Experience with feature stores and automated ML pipelines
Familiarity with deep learning architectures and applications
Understanding of data privacy, fairness, and ethical considerations in ML
Experience with distributed computing frameworks for large-scale model training
Contributions to open-source projects or research publications null
