About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Transportation Program Manager to lead and optimize global employee commuter transportation programs.
In this role, you will lead all aspects of the end-to-end strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement for a suite of workplace transportation initiatives, including shuttle services, electric vehicle (EV) commuting programs, micro-mobility solutions (bikes), parking operations, transit incentives, and vendor/client relationships.
*** This role is a hybrid role requiring candidates to be on-site at least three days per week.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement a global transportation strategy that improves site accessibility, supports employee happiness, and promotes balanced commuting solutions—aligned with regional trends and corporate carbon reduction goals.
Supervise daily operations of transportation programs—including shuttles, EV infrastructure, micro-mobility, parking, and commuter incentives—ensuring efficient, cost-effective service through routing optimization, quality monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.
Manage vendor and city partner relationships, leading negotiations, performance reviews, and compliance with safety, budget, and operational standards; collaborate cross-functionally with Workplace, Security, EHS, and HR to drive continuous program improvements.
Analyze commuter data to generate actionable insights and deliver executive-level reporting on program performance, budget utilization, cost savings, and ROI.
Champion innovative, low-carbon commuting solutions aligned with sustainability goals; collaborate with team members to supervise environmental impact and pilot emerging transportation technologies that improve access and reduce emissions.
Drive awareness and adoption of transportation programs through essential communications and site partnerships, ensuring a commuter experience that reflects the company’s mission of a connected, sustainable workplace.
Manage operating budgets and resource planning for transportation programs, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with company goals while maintaining high service quality and user experience.
What You’ll Need
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Expertise in corporate shuttle operations, vendor management, contract negotiation, route planning, and multi-site commuting strategies preferred.
+ Strong analytical and project management skills; adept at using data to provide actionable insights and improvements preferred.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
+ Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
+ Expert organizational skills with a sophisticated inquisitive mentality.
+ Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate complex figures.

• CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Transportation Manager position is $170,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Transportation Manager position is $190,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
