    Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a production worker to join their team on 2nd shift. As a 2nd shift production worker, you will be part of the production team supporting various aspects of spring manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a good work history, and a strong commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Worker 2nd shift

    **Location:** Monticello, IN

    **Pay Range:** $16.00

    **Shift:** 2nd shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Help with the various aspects in the production of springs.

    + Running machines (grinding, loading, painting, packing)

    + Working alone or as a team.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

    + High School diploma or GED required.

    + Attention to detail is essential.

    + Demonstrated good work history.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
