Our client, a leader in the talent acquisition industry, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various hiring teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high sense of urgency, and proven problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Corporate Recruiter

**Location:** Columbus, OH

**Pay Range:** $32 per hour

(must be a USC/Green Card Holder for this role)

What's the Job?

+ Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience through all talent acquisition touch points and enhance the company brand.

+ Screen applications and resumes and conduct phone screens for high-volume roles.

+ Partner with TA Coordinators to facilitate interview scheduling and communication details to candidates and hiring managers.

+ Extend offers and manage the acceptance process through the recruiting system.

+ Ensure recruitment activity and reporting is updated accurately and timely within the applicant tracking system.

What's Needed?

+ Associate Degree preferred.

+ 3 plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

+ Recruiting experience in a corporate and agency environment preferred.

+ Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.

+ Proven ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
