**Job Title:** Contact Center Consultant – Annual Open Enrollment

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Contact Center Consultants to support our Annual Open Enrollment project. This is a seasonal opportunity to assist employees with understanding and enrolling in their benefits. If you have a background in call center work and a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

+ Provide accurate information on benefits and group insurance programs.

+ Identify and suggest improvements to program design and administrative procedures.

+ Record employee benefit enrollments with precision.

+ Explain complex insurance program details to employees and their dependents.

+ Apply advanced knowledge of benefit programs and company policies to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications:

+ **Call center experience is required.**

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and empathetic manner.

+ High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
