Our client, a leader in the nutrition industry,are seeking Packers to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Packing

**Location:** Monterey, TN

**Pay Range:** $17

**Schedule:** 1st shift Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety regulations

+ Pack finished products according to specified guidelines and quality standards.

+ Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

+ Assist with inventory counts and restocking packaging materials

What's Needed?

+ Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle physical demands.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

+ Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.

+ Commitment to following safety and quality standards.

+ Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
