    **Job Title:** Administrative Assistant - HR

    **Location:** Arden NC 28704

    **Pay Range:** $28.00 to $32.00 (Pay based on experience)

    **Shift:** 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm (MON-FRI)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Scanning and creating files for highly sensitive documents and employee information.

    + Assisting the HR team as needed with other clerical and office duties.

    + Supporting logistics for programs, meetings, and events, including room reservations and agenda preparation.

    + Documenting discussions and distributing meeting notes to ensure efficient meetings.

    + Coordinating catering and booking conference rooms as needed.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Associate degree.

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.

    + Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

    + Experience with the use of printers and copiers.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.
