    A leading local furniture company is on the hunt for a **dedicated, hands-on Upholstery Technician** with **spring-up experience** to join their team in **Newton, NC** . This is a **temp-to-hire** position with serious potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

    • What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Mastering the **spring-up process** for upholstered furniture frames

    + Working with **hand tools**

    + Building strong foundations for high-quality upholstered pieces

    + Keeping up with **production timelines** in a fast-paced environment

    • What You Need:

    + **Proven experience** in spring-up / upholstery frame prep

    + Strong understanding of **traditional & modern upholstery methods**

    + Great **attention to detail** and craftsmanship

    + A **positive attitude** and solid work ethic

    + Ability to work **Monday–Friday** , full time
