    + **3rd Shift:** 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

    We’re hiring **Machine Operators** for a respected manufacturer in Newton, NC. If you have a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and a passion for quality work, we want to hear from you.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Operate an automated machine to produce detailed parts—shoulders, steps, tapers, threads, and more (this is a fast paced environment)

    + Use precision measuring tools like calipers to ensure exact specifications

    + Adjust speeds and feeds for efficient production and top-quality output

    + Keep your work area clean, safe, and well-organized

    + Follow safety protocols and operational procedures

    + Pitch in with other production tasks as needed

    What You’ll Bring:

    + High school diploma or GED **(required)**

    + Ability to read and understand instructions in English

    + Basic knowledge of machine operations or manufacturing processes

    + Excellent focus, reliability, and attention to detail and a stable work history
