    Our client, a leading player in the warehouse industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician Lead, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

     

    **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician Lead

    **Location:** Windsor, CT

    **Pay Range:** $30- $34 an hour

    **Shift:** 2pm-12:30am

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on various equipment including lift trucks and pneumatic systems.

    + Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical/electronic problems with equipment and controls.

    + Diagnose electrical issues using technical drawings and diagnostic tools.

    + Assist other maintenance technicians in the repair and maintenance of equipment.

    + Maintain an organized work area and promote a safe working environment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Team leadership skills

    + Coursework or certification in electronic technology and 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems including 480V 3-phase and 110 VAC.

    + Advanced troubleshooting skills with PCs and industrial controls devices.

    + Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and effectively.

    + Willingness to work shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
