Our client, a leader in document management solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting document destruction services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate

**Location:** Carmel, Indiana (College Drive and North of 116th Street)

**Pay Rate:** $16/hour

**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

**What's the Job?** 6-8 MONTH ASSIGNMENT

+ Operate an electric pallet jack to move boxes throughout the facility.

+ Lift and handle boxes weighing up to **35 pounds repeatedly.**

+ Place boxes onto a conveyor system for document destruction.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

What's Needed?

+ Must have prior experience operating an electric pallet jack.

+ Must pass a background check with NO offenses in the past 7 years.

+ Must pass a clear drug screen.

+ Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repetitively and stand for extended periods.

+ Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
