    Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a 3rd shift Assisant Machine Operator to join their team. As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Assistant Machine Operator

    **Location:** Albert Lea, MN

    **Pay Rate:** $18.50 hourly

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operation.

    + Assist in the setup and maintenance of production equipment.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

    + Participate in training and skills development programs.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School diploma or GED.

    + Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

    + Ability to work independently with speed and accuracy.

    + Reliability and a positive attitude are essential.

    + Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check as part of the hiring process.
