    What will you be doing?

     

    + Install, repair, upgrade, and relocate CNC machines (Mazak, GF+, Takamaz, etc.)

    + Troubleshoot and fix complex mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues

    + Operate and program CNCs, robotics, PLCs, and automated systems

    + Perform precision alignment using Renishaw Ball bar and related tools

    + Coordinate PMs and repairs with vendors and OEMs

    + Support capital projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives

    + Fabricate parts using mills and lathes; weld and modify equipment

    + Track maintenance costs, machine downtime, and prepare related reports

    + Work in varied environments including clean rooms and outdoors

     

    What do you bring?

     

    + 4+ years’ experience in machine tool maintenance

    + Strong mechanical and electrical skills

    + Knowledge of Fanuc, Mazatrol, PLCs, robotics, pneumatics, and hydraulics

    + Experience with tools/equipment like forklifts, cranes, lifts, etc.

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and wear required PPE

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting

    + U.S. export control law compliance required
