Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst** to support the **777 Lean Integration Team** in **Everett, WA.
The successful candidate will work and manage projects to support organizational goals and objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
+ Analyzes and interprets data
+ Provides feedback on assessment results
+ Works with organizations to develop effective strategies, plans, and metrics to accomplish company initiatives, utilizing Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
+ Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
+ Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ 3+ years’ experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing industry
+ 1+ years’ experience in using Lean principles
+ 1+ years' experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ 1+ years’ experience with the Boeing Production System
+ 1+ years' experience with Project Management
+ Data Analysis experience

**Summary Pay Range:** $90,000 - $110,000
