    **Boeing Defense Space and Security** (BDS) is looking for a **Senior Program Management Specialist** (Level 5) in **Berkeley, MO** to support the **T7 program** .

     

    We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to oversee and coordinate the **Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development** (EMD) Developmental Test activities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex aerospace projects, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining high quality, and adhering to all technical and safety regulations. Preferred qualifications include expertise in Earned Value Management, Flight Testing, and Supply Chain Management.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Leads development of the program architecture and top level plans for a program.

    + Develops program organizational, work structures, top level program and execution plans.

    + Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers.

    + Facilitates the resolution of program issues.

    + Supports the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics.

    + Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices.

    + Implements customer and program communication and contact plans.

     

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO.

     

    **This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.** An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):

    + Program Management, Project Management, and/or Business Operations experience

    + 5+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

    + Strong execution, communication and collaboration skills

    + 3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment, with broad experience working with all business levels from individual contributors to executive-level leaders

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business or technical field

    + Strong analytical skills

    + Experience integrating and communicating across all levels in an organization

    + Exceptional organizational skills

    + Demonstrated professional demeanor and initiative (self- starter)

    + EVM trained / CAM Certified

    + Experience in military aircraft test

    + Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

    + Experience working on an Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) program

    + Active Secret Clearance preferred.

    Summary pay range for $138,850 - $185,150
