Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a **Product Support Supply Chain Manager** **(Level K)** who manages employees performing supply chain activities within Product Support for our Dallas, TX location.

This is an **important high visibility** & **expectations role** that develops and executes projects and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Manages employees and purchase services while performing technical or specialist activities within BGS Supply Chain as a Business System Manager for Business Sustainment

+ Manages multiple business systems, budgets, and capability requests

+ Develops and executes project plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals

+ Acquires resources as funded, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements and innovation with the team

+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports

+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes

+ Advises on high profile proposals and/or capability needs for complex tasks with mitigation and/or critical path planning and projects

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning?

+ 5+ years of experience creatively solving problems and generating alternatives

+ 5+ years of experience using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, and Power Point

+ 5+ years of senior level communication including presentation development and report outs

+ Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Experience with Service Parts Management (SPM)

+ Experience with CPFR

+ Experience with supply chain/execution systems (process or tools) to ensure meeting customer requirements

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $98,000.00 – $140,000.00
