We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team.

     

    As part of a fast-paced, dynamic finance team, you will responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial forecasts, analyze business trends, and support strategic decision-making processes.     Responsibilities

    + Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning

    + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis against budget and forecasts

    + Perform in-depth financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

    + Support the annual budgeting process and reforecasting efforts

    + Collaborate with department heads to understand and track performance metrics and KPIs

    + Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and dashboards

    + Monitor actual performance vs. financial targets and recommend corrective actions

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

    + 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    + Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
